Kits and Ready-to-Use Educational Materials

ABC offers a wide variety of educational materials to suit your individual needs.

The Optimism Kit: Reaching Children with Autism, a comprehensive and step-by-step kit, includes a training manual; this manual should be read before utilizing the other materials in the kit. ABC offers both an English version of the kit and a bilingual (Arabic and English) version.  The kit includes color illustrations that highlight the materials within. The Optimism Kit is designed for effectiveness whether you read it in full or consult individuals sections (e.g., bathroom picture prompts, schedule examples, classroom layouts, etc.) when seeking targeted solutions.

Afnan Kit: Reaching Children with Hearing Loss is a set of ready-to-use materials and activity descriptions for speech pathologists and parents to use in speech and language therapy for kids with hearing loss.

Flash Cards for Vocabulary Development is a set of illustrated vocabulary cards. Parents or teachers may use the cards to help children increase their vocabulary knowledge and application.

Children’s Stories is a set of illustrated children’s books in Arabic. Reading aloud to children builds their listening and speaking vocabularies, creating the essential foundation for reading and writing. Children who have already acquired reading skills can read the stories on their own. Each story also conveys life lessons to young readers in a fun and accessible format.
